A Judicial Conundrum
Sermon notes of Pastor Mark Downey
Scripture Reading: I Samuel 8:4-6
“Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah, And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations. But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the Lord.”
I mentioned recently, as well as being a common retort, that we live in exciting times (for both fearful and joyful people), but the pendulum also swings, for the rest of humanity, as a time of mediocrity and boredom. What's the difference between excitement and boredom? I think it's whether or not people judge things. In other words, making a decision as to whether something is right or wrong. Sometimes being a Christian can be extremely difficult. Being a watchman on the wall can be like bamboo shoots growing through your fingernails. It is painfully excruciating to watch what is happening to America; a generation without a moral compass. Ancient Israel had guards who would stand upon the walls of Jerusalem and in the towers and look out upon the land. What were they looking for? Enemies! They were guarding their city against opposing forces, invading aliens. I've yet to see in the classifieds an ad in the 'employment opportunities' section that said: Need a blind, deaf and mute security guard i.e. sees no evil, hears no evil and speaks no evil. To hire such people would be counter-productive to say the least. This is how God evaluated Israel's watchmen in the days of Isaiah the prophet, “Israel's watchmen are blind, all of them, they know nothing; all of them are mute dogs, they cannot bark; they dream, lie down, and love to sleep. They are dogs with mighty appetites; they never have enough. They are shepherds who lack understanding; they all turn to their own way, they seek their own gain. Come, let me get some wine, let's guzzle some beer; and tomorrow will be like today, only far better!" Isaiah 56:10-12. Do the presumptuous defenders of our faith and people understand what's happening today? Unfortunately, they do not and we have reached a judicial conundrum.
Current events and people in the news are often a mirror reflection of the whole populace. When we get to the New Testament, there are no longer watchmen, but the command to “watch” pertains to all. That's why Paul said to the elders in Ephesus, “Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood” Acts 20:28. That's why Paul wrote to Timothy saying,“Keep a close watch on how you live and on your teaching. Stay true to what is right for the sake of your own salvation and the salvation of those who hear you” I Tim. 4:16. The parallel between Old and New Testaments is the same i.e. watch your leaders. Our founding fathers understood their Christian civic duties from Psalms 149:8, “To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron. To execute upon them the judgment written.” Today people either vote for the lesser of two evils or manipulated computers tabulate and decide who will win. Joseph Stalin said, “It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.”
We are not to be watching for a Rapture and some kind of “Antichrist,” when there have been a multitude of antichrists for the last 2000 years. A common misnomer is that 'evil prospers when good men do nothing'. But, when good men do nothing, they are no longer good. These nice guys do finish last. If the government of Christ had been the template for the last 2000 years, we would be looking at the Kingdom. It's not the sloppy agape of lovey dovey churches that will give us a good life. “For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome. For every child of God defeats this evil world, and this is the victory that has overcome the world, our faith” I John 5:3-4. Really? Faith can move mountains, knowing that mountains are a metaphor for nations or kingdoms? Yes.
We are instructed to obey God and discern the schemes of those who hate the God of Israel. “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” I Peter 5:8. Our adversary is the false accuser, one who thinks he can go around speaking lies and the worst liar is one in a position of authority in a nefarious symbiosis of church and state or more like synagogues and admiralty jurisdictions. The parallel verse is found in Proverbs 28:15, “A wicked ruler over a helpless people is like a roaring lion.” The axiom 'God helps those who help themselves' is not a verse in the Bible, but the principle is there in Colossians 3:22-24, “Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything, not only to please them while they are watching, but with sincerity of heart and fear of the Lord. Whatever you do, work at it wholeheartedly as though you were doing it for the Lord and not merely for people. Knowing that you shall receive of the Lord the reward of inheritance.” To balance the wisdom of God in this regard, “Should you help the ungodly, and love them that hate the Lord? therefore is wrath upon thee from before the Lord” II Chron. 19:2. We must judge those things that bring blessings and curses.
The point is that we don't have to be helpless or without backbone to exclaim what is right. If we fail to stand for righteousness, there are consequences. “This is so the living will know that the Most High is ruler over the kingdom of men. He gives it to anyone He wants and sets the lowliest of men over it” Daniel 4:17. If we can't judge the enemies of God, expect the rulers to be a terror to good, and not the evil. After all, they have gotten us to the point of calling good evil and evil good, right? “Resist him [the false accuser] and be firm in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are being experienced by your fellow believers throughout the world” I Peter 5:9. Indeed there is corruption everywhere in the nations of Israel today and the sheeple are being told by wolves in shepherd's clothing to “Judge not, lest thou also be judged.” Scripture is not meant to be a pretzel in which one can twist it into any shape one desires. Anyone can make the Bible say whatever they want it to say and they do it all the time. And it's not right. Likewise, the apathy to judge things is an open door for unrighteousness to enter society.
Mt. 7:1 is taken so out of context by the apostate church that it's not even funny. We judge everything every day. When these holier-than-thou finger pointers isolate this verse and tell you “Judge not, lest thou also be judged,” they are acting as the judge, jury and executioner, finding you guilty of whatever morsel of truth that they're choking on and disagree with. It's amazing how their own hypocrisy does not register in their minds. Judicial minds matter. If we are to be void of judgment, then we are likewise without the Law (of God) and I John 3:4 tells us, “Whoever commits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.” Carried to the logical conclusion: “If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us” I John 1:10. God does not like liars; in fact, He hates them. Proverbs 6 lists things God hates “Yea... are an abomination unto Him... a lying tongue... A heart that devises wicked imaginations... A false witness that speaks lies” (verses 16-19).
Let's read the context of Mt. 7:1 with the rest of the story. “Do not judge so that you will not be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye” (1-5). Here is a just reproof to those who are argumentative with their brethren for the sake of arguing. From the slightest to the most enormous faults should surely be judged, not of others first, but our own failures. How can anyone repent if they don't judge themselves? We must judge ourselves. When we identify what blinds us, we can then make personal corrections... and then, help others who suffer from the same malady with the love of Christ. Jesus condemns judgment only in the sense that we practise the same sin. We are free to judge after He enjoins to us discernment. II Cor. 10:6 says, “And we will be ready to punish every act of disobedience, as soon as your obedience is complete.” Again, a common refrain to be unaccountable, is “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written [Deut. 32:35], Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord” Romans 12:19. This is very true for personal relationships with your brethren, but when it comes to the enemies of God, our responsibility is to be the instrument of wrath on behalf of God. There is a preponderance of Scripture that relegates the Lord's warfare to Israel.
“The god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them” II Cor. 4:4. The gods of this world are self inflicted when our mind judges the Judge of all i.e. there is no outside agency that is responsible for what we believe. The lie by the adversaries of God Almighty say we don't have to believe what makes us blind i.e. the cause, but John tells us succinctly what it is. “For everything that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world” I John 2:16. We get our sinful nature from society, from the religious and political leaders that tell people what is the right thing to believe. The powers that were, the empires of prophecy, were based on the world of beasts, because they operated on the level of animals and animal appetites, not on the higher level of Adamic man, made in the image of God. It's been refined into political correctness, rather than spiritual righteousness. And when they believe their lies, without judging the merits, it is not from God and there is no Law and order. We are basically following in the footsteps of our ancient ancestors who denied and rejected the prophet Isaiah, who told Israel, “For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; He will save us” Is. 33:22. Where on earth do these temptations of the world come from? They come from the idols of the heart. But there is something that influences the way we judge what is right or wrong. To judge others (in the spirit of the aforementioned Mt. 7:1) is to substitute one's self for God, who alone is qualified to weigh the actions of Adamkind. If we were made in His image, then our actions should reflect His righteousness, not ours.
To underscore this theme, let us review I Cor. 4:3-5. “Now to me [Paul] it is in the least matter that by you I am examined, or in the days of mankind. But neither do I examine myself. For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the One who examines me is the Lord. Therefore don't judge anything prematurely, before the Lord comes, who will both bring to light what is hidden in darkness and reveal the intentions of the hearts. And then praise will come to each person from God.” To clarify what this means, let me refer to Matthew Henry, “Apostles were no more than servants of Christ, but they were not to be undervalued. They had a great trust, and for that reason, had an honourable office. Paul had a just concern for his own reputation, but he knew that he who chiefly aimed to please men, would not prove himself a faithful servant of Christ. It is a comfort that men are not to be our final judges. And it is not judging well of ourselves, or justifying ourselves, that will prove us safe and happy. Our own judgment is not to be depended upon as to our faithfulness, any more than our own works for our justification. There is a day coming, that will bring men's secret sins into open day, and discover the secrets of their hearts. Then every slandered believer will be justified, and every faithful servant approved and rewarded. The word of God is the best rule by which to judge as to men. Pride commonly is at the bottom of quarrels. Self-conceit contributes to produce undue esteem of our teachers, as well as of ourselves. We shall not be puffed up for one against another, if we remember that all are instruments, employed by God, and endowed by him with various talents.”
One of the greatest blunders in the history of mankind is found in I Samuel 8:4-6, “So all the elders of Israel gathered together and went to Samuel at Ramah. And they said to him, Behold, you have grown old, and your sons do not walk in your ways. Now appoint a king for us to judge us like all the other nations. But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the Lord.”
When Paul spoke before his brethren in Antioch, he put this era into perspective, saying, “The God of this people Israel chose our fathers and made the people great during their stay in the land of Egypt, and with an uplifted arm He led them out from it. And for about 40 years He put up with them in the wilderness; When He had destroyed seven nations in the land of Canaan, He distributed their land as an inheritance all of which took about four hundred and fifty years. After these things He gave them judges until Samuel the prophet. Then they asked for a king, and God gave them Saul the son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years” Acts 13:17-21.
Those who heard Paul had to be disturbed by his history of our race in a nutshell and how our own people rejected God's system of government for that of the racial alien. “And the Lord told him, Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected Me as their king. As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking Me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you. Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will claim as his rights... He said, This is what the king who will reign over you will claim as his rights; He will take your sons and make them serve with his chariots and horses, and they will run in front of his chariots. Some he will assign to be commanders of thousands and commanders of fifties, and others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment for his chariots. He will take your daughters to be perfumers and cooks and bakers. He will take the best of your fields and vineyards and olive groves and give them to his attendants. He will take a tenth of your grain and of your vintage and give it to his officials and attendants. Your male and female servants and the best of your cattle and donkeys he will take for his own use. He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves. When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, but the Lord will not answer you in that day” I Samuel 8:7-18.
Were they insane? No more so than White people today who passively accept a savage mulatto to rule over them. After all, it takes a global jungle village to raise a White child today, not their genetic parents. Israelites wanted to be like the Canaanites! Now do you understand why God said to destroy them all? A remnant survived the incursion of Israelites into Canaan and their system of governance rubbed off on Israel, that they would have kings judge them, rather than judges judging them as God set forth in the Promised Land. The monarchy of Saul was a big disappointment. The woes of forced labor, taxation and military conscription are the fruits of removing the judges from the land. Is it any wonder we have perpetual wars and rumors of wars? King Saul was a man of the flesh and his successor, King David, was a man of the spirit and these opposing forces would constitute the struggle between godly and ungodly governments throughout history.
Having flesh and living on earth is not the problem. The predestination of man is not to escape from earth and go to heaven. God's plan for the ages has always been to bring heaven to earth and manifest the glory of God here. The divine object is to see the Word made flesh and the flesh overcoming all that is in the world. The mystery of godliness is God becoming man; the mystery of iniquity is the illusion of man becoming God. God's Law was never the problem, it was the inability to hear it. The Hebrew word for hear is the same word for obey. The people did not want to go up with Moses at Mount Sinai to witness the Commandments given by God Himself. They couldn't internalize the Law because they had a hardened heart, so it remained external and thus the traditions of man became their witness for right and wrong. It wasn't until the Law was written in our heart and mind internally through the New Covenant that we could live life spiritually and no longer by the carnal world. We have to judge the world as an impediment to our walk with Christ, otherwise our heart stays as hardened as the world of worldliness.
If you've ever been in a jury pool, you have the right to judge the law of man even though that black robed devil will tell you just the opposite. It is a liar who wants you to be a rubber stamp for their ungodly authority. This gives great import to the meaning of Mt. 10:16, “Behold, I send you off as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and pure as doves.” Read the next four verses and you'll see that it's talking about how we handle ourselves when brought to court, yea even the court of public opinion. Yeah, it takes an enormous amount of faith to trust that the Lord is our Judge and He really is our mediator in the court of devils. I mean really, how much easier does it get when your Advocate has already made His decision in Heaven regarding what is right or wrong? The Bible was meant to be read and studied and therefore the Holy Spirit moves us to hear. “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ” Romans 10:17. Jesus plainly stated “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me” John 10:27. Clearly, sheep refers to one race of people. Goats, dogs and vipers do not hear and therefore cannot obey or follow a Kinsman Redeemer. There may be Canine Redeemers, but those are the idols of racial aliens. It should be a no-brainer for the Christian to judge the religion of “other gods.”
We have the right as men of God to speak what our Judge has decided. The principle is ancient whenever we judge for ourselves personally or corporately in the body politic. This is what God told the judges that He appointed in II Chron. 19:6, “Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the Lord who is with you when you render judgment. Now then let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe." Here is how God delegated His authority: “So I took the leaders of your tribes, wise and respected men, and set them over you as leaders: officials for thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens, and officers for your tribes. I commanded your judges at that time: Hear the cases between your brothers, and judge rightly between a man and his brother or a foreign resident. Do not show partiality when deciding a case; listen to small and great alike. Do not be intimidated by anyone, for judgment belongs to God. Bring Me any case too difficult for you, and I will hear it” Deut. 1:15-17. Is that too difficult to grasp? One book of Law called the Bible vs. warehouses of law libraries. The enemy has hoodwinked us beyond belief. Don't let any knucklehead tell you ”Judge not, lest you be judged.” If that's the road you've gone down, then you're entering a judicial conundrum.
Now comes the big daddy of conundrums and smacks us right between the eyes. In case you were wondering, a conundrum is a very confusing problem with the seeming answer somewhat mysterious or unknown. Mystery Babylon itself is a conundrum and is the quintessential enemy of Christ, that will not have Him rule over them. THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC. is a corporation whose jurisdiction is within the confines of Washington DC, Guam and Puerto Rico. It is a monumental fraud foisted upon the united States of America. Likewise, the three branches of government i.e. the judicial, the legislative and the executive have become corruptions of Isaiah 33:22. The antichrist conspirators have proven their identity through wars, a military industrial complex and the foremost merchants of death to be the usurpers described in Mt. 11:12, the enemy within, to wit: “The kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and violent men take it by force.” The word 'America' literally means Kingdom of Heaven in the old Gothic language. Considering our short 300 year history or so, it is no mere coincidence that it takes on prophetic significance. Have you ever heard that “America is the prize”? What that means is the incredible natural resources bequeathed to us and our posterity. But, we're a little like the “prodigal son” aren't we? We have squandered our inheritance with a redistribution of wealth. The more we feed, the more they breed. The Bible says they “devour the land” and being that they have not known the judgments of God, they consume the law of the land. They are parasites and we are dry bones.
Throughout our history, we have not been immune from assassins and political murders. On Feb. 13, 2016, Justice Antonin Scalia died under suspicious circumstances whereby he was found dead with a pillow over his head, local Justice of the Peace refused to conduct an autopsy and Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara acknowledged that she pronounced Scalia dead of “natural causes” (later revised to “a heart attack”) by phone, without seeing his body. Instead, she spoke to law enforcement officials at the scene – who assured her “there were no signs of foul play,” leaving a vacancy in the Supreme Court that is causing a fire-storm nation-wide. Speculation began immediately that confirmation of an Obama nominee by a Republican-controlled Senate during an election year appeared politically motivated. Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said the next president should be the one to nominate a replacement. Pastor Mark Downey told reporters, “The judicial conundrum, which is being ballyhooed by the media, is political theater and intrigue. The media whores are dropping bread crumbs leading to the office of Attorney General negress, Loretta Lynch, playing the race card for the coming election of Top Dog. If Obama goes ahead with his black nominee, then that puts the Republicans in the position of being called all the names that they grovel to deny. The Trump card becomes even more acute, being that he is the only White candidate left standing.” Is it a stacked deck and was Scalia standing in the way of elitists greater than himself? The times we live in are weird.
A vast left-wing conspiracy, led by America's Top Witch, Hillary Clinton, has in her cross-hairs, the psyops to totally eliminate the Republican Party altogether, which at least gives lip service to God and family values. Do you remember when Hillary was asked, “Which enemy that you made during your political career are you most proud of? And she responded by saying “Probably the Republicans.” If Scalia was killed, then it just goes to show that these traitorous Satanists are all expendable. The Clintons have lots of blood on their hands. If you recall, negro Ron Brown, Sec. of Commerce, under the first term of Slick Willie, was killed in a plane crash, but we don't hear too much about the bullet hole in his head found at the crash site. The Clinton body count is astounding, way before Benghazi, where 13 Americans died, including US Ambassador Chris Stevens, whose mutilated body was dragged through the streets and rescue attempts thwarted by the White House giving the order to “stand down.”
On 2-18-16 CBS anchor Scott Pelley in an interview with Hillary, asked her about honesty, “Have you always told the truth?” And she replied, “I’ve always tried to, always. Always.” Pelley pushed back, “Some people are gonna call that wiggle room that you just gave yourself.” Clinton, slightly incredulously, responded, “I don’t believe I ever have! I don’t believe I ever have, I don’t believe I ever will.” Apparently she has a selective memory, because she went with the Obama partyline explaining Benghazi as a protest against a video, when it has since been proven to be a planned terror attack by an established offshoot of al-Qaeda. They lied because THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC. was conspiring to arm enemies of America and that would lead to further exposure of the government being a key player in promoting acts of terrorism throughout the world and domestically. How much more treasonous can you get? Well, being an election year, they can get a lot more ruthless with their endless 'wag the dog' scenarios. And Scalia was just as expendable as Stevens.
Scalia was hardly a righteous conservative man of God, judging cases in the Supreme Court contrary to the Divine Court of Heaven. He was not a Christian, he was catholic. His son is a priest at the Diocese of Arlington, VA, and is known for his anti-gay activism with a group called 'Courage,' which “ministers to persons with same sex attractions.” He wrote in 2012, "Indeed, the Church is still trying to find the right vocabulary to speak about this modern phenomenon.” Really? Leviticus 20:13 calls it an “abomination.” And we have no obligation to minister to what God gave over to a reprobate mind in Romans 1:28 and the Law of God says the sodomite “shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.” Perhaps some of the priestcraft didn't get the papal memo where Francis said of queers, “Who am I to judge them?” Right, who is he to judge Scripture? And who is he to judge nations who build walls with watchmen and pronounce them “Not Christian”? Especially in light of Vatican City being surrounded by a very formidable wall...
Can the Pope say hypocrisy?
In fact, Pope Francis has lobbied for abolishing the death penalty. He addressed a crowd within the walls of his city saying, "All Christians and people of good will are called today to work not only for the abolition of the death penalty, but also in order to improve prison conditions, in respect for human dignity of persons deprived of liberty." He appealed to the conscience of world leaders to work toward an international consensus to abolish capital punishment. What he's doing is judging the Ten Commandments and abolishing the punishment for violating “Thou shalt not kill [murder]” Ex. 20:13. Here is God's judgment for murder: “And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death” Ex. 24:17. Furthermore there is no Law of God that prescribes incarceration for crimes. The Bible is very clear about divine judgment i.e. it is either restitution or death. The Pope would allow the beasts to get away with murder and probably better living conditions within the walls of a prison than the garbage dumps they live in by choice. Anybody can pick up trash and clean up a neighborhood; you can take the negro out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the negro. They are not us and we are not them. We should judge them accordingly.
At this point, I must turn to an anecdotal sidebar. When my wife and I recently went on vacation to visit Bill Finck and his wife in Florida, we stopped over in Nashville, TN, for the night. I turned on the TV for local weather reports and was flabbergasted to hear a local news report about a city proposal called “Pay to Behave,” which would pay criminals for not committing crimes. I guess the logic is that it's not a question of whether or not it's right or wrong, but if it would be cheaper. Only a perfect storm of mediocrity and apathy could come up with such an absurd drain on society for the lesser of two judgments, that says: we should obey man rather than God. Who says crime doesn't pay? I tried to verify this with google, but couldn't find what I saw with my own two eyes. But, there is a program growing in momentum throughout the US called “Pay-to-Behave,” bribing students to attend school, to not disrupt the class and get good grades. It premiered in Washington DC so it doesn't take a genius to figure out the demographics. And it comes as no surprise that this idea was the brainchild of an Affirmative Action professor at Harvard, which increasingly produces systematic failures.
Back to those who think Scalia was an “extraordinary individual and jurist, admired and treasured by his colleagues,” according to Chief Justice John Roberts. He was anything but a national treasure, but an extraordinary actor on the stage of dialectic theater. His landmark opinion in favor of Second Amendment gun rights emerged as his most important while on the court. “It is not the role of this court to pronounce the Second Amendment extinct,” Scalia wrote in the 5-4 ruling. Reaction from fellow kosher conservatives to the shocking death focused on his judicial record. He had no racial consciousness of our founding fathers while touting “originalism,” their original intent. While touting concessions to the NRA, he was bankrupt in denouncing previous court decisions, which will eventually take guns out of the hands of the White man. Just ask Lavoy Finicum who was murdered in cold blood by the FBI for exercising his Constitutional rights. Did the agent who shot him slither into darkness and get away with killing a man who had his hands up in a gesture of surrender? Where in the heck is the judicial system? Out to lunch? Gone fishing. Maybe they went hunting in Texas. According to the Washington Post, Scalia spent his final hours with members of a secret society known as "The International Order of St. Hubertus.” The men-only hunting club, which dates back to the 1600s, has the motto: "Honoring God by honoring His creatures"; evidently blowing their brains out with extremely expensive and exotic weapons. Members wear plush dark green velvet robes with cherry lining and some hold titles like "knight" and "grandmaster." The American chapter of the Order was inaugurated in 1968 at the elite Bohemian Grove with ambassadors and generals and the super-rich as members. Members of the Order make big campaign contributions to Republican candidates. Their secret shtick is to go hunting and kill animals... sounds like fun. But, maybe the hunters sometimes become the hunted. One news story said Scalia's “Conservative outlook and religious beliefs were forged at the military school run by the Jesuit order of the Catholic Church. Scalia went to Washington and graduated as the class valedictorian from Georgetown University before attending Harvard Law School.” So his loyalties are not only catholic, but Jesuit, which means jewish catholics.
Do you think jewish catholics (or jews and catholics or what difference does it make anyway, they're all complicit) would have had any influence on the following Supreme Court decisions? (I know it's a rhetorical question).
Brown v. Board of Education (1954) In this landmark case, the Court prohibited racial segregation of public schools.
Loving v. Virginia (1967) This decision holds that state laws prohibiting inter-racial marriage are unconstitutional.
Jones v. Mayer Co. (1968) The Court held in this case that federal law bars all racial discrimination (private or public), in sale or rental of property.
University of California Regents v. Bakke (1978) The Court decides that a public university may take race into account as a factor in admissions decisions.
Batson v. Kentucky (1986) This decision holds that a state denies an African-American defendant equal protection when it puts him on trial before a jury from which members of his race have been purposefully excluded.
Grutter v. Bollinger (2003) In this case, the Court finds that a law school's limited "affirmative action" use of race in admissions is constitutional.
Of course, the adversaries of Jesus Christ and White Christian Americans have socially engineered the browning of America and those enemies are categorically jews and catholics. They have done so through the judiciary just as much as the other branches. But, through the courts, there has been legislating from the bench and vicarious executive actions, throwing the checks and balances into a judicial conundrum.
A friend and member of the Christogenea Forum, EzraLB, made these comments germane to our subject. He said, “There are a few odd circumstances around Scalia's death, but he was appointed because he was a kosher conservative. As Michael Hoffman points out, Scalia bragged that he studied the Talmud and used that "knowledge" to help him make decisions. He was known to have hired many orthodox jews as law clerks. He said,“When there was no Jewish justice on the Supreme Court...I considered myself the Jewish justice.” Why would the jews orchestrate a plot to assassinate Scalia if they knew they had him in their back pocket? I suppose one could argue that Scalia, like Martin Luther King, Jr., had served his useful purpose, but is more valuable to them dead, but there's a big risk that something could go wrong. Either way, Scalia was not "conservative" except in the jewish orthodox sense.
Hoffman writes of Scalia's betrayal of our people to the jews, "The judge is not only guilty of cooperating with rabbinic halacha and the Babylonian Talmud, Mr. Scalia was an active participant in burnishing the reputation of those dark doctrines and spreading their diabolical influence. His sin is not just of omission, it is of commission. He openly worked for what his handlers termed “Synogogue and State.” This “great friend of the Republic” assisted with the Talmudic training program for future lawyers at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a part of the leading Talmudic institute of higher education in America, New York’s Yeshiva University." And for those who think Scalia's "conservatism" was the lesser of two evils. "Justice Scalia was among the most dangerous of subversives. Under color of his Catholicism, “family values” and defiance of various symptoms of evil, he advanced the powerful Talmudic institutions which enlarge the stature and authority of halachic law over our nation. No liberal could have accomplished this betrayal of our once Christian country so well as Antonin Scalia, “the peerless Conservative Justice.”
Why jews would plot to kill Scalia if he was in their service, I would venture to guess that there is not solidarity of jewry as they would like people to think. They all want to rule the world, but there's two schools of strategy: gradualism and the fast track. As more and more exposure unravels jewish perfidy in the world, there are some jews that don't want to wait another 200 years for their conspiracy to prevail, especially with the currents of knowledge spread through the internet. America is the jewel in the crown and the only thing preventing a jewish controlled police state is the 2nd Amendment. Scalia was the impediment for this last ditch effort of desperation for power by the fast trackers. Once we lose our gun rights, the antichrists will for all intents and purposes rape the 2nd Amendment. Like the old saying goes: when they outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns. But, the real test of the White man is to reckon their God given right to arm themselves without the permission from the state. The issue is not really the Constitution, it's our guns. The next SCOTUS nominee will have no love for "assault weapons," which could boil down to air rifles and squirt guns. Every communist regime, before they took control, disarmed the public. And communism is jewish. When the Soviet Union collapsed, communism changed its name to democracy and moved to America. Too much of our blood has been spilled to make the world safe for democracy.
“Dare any of you, when he has a dispute with his brother, to judge before the evil and not before the holy? Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? If the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest trials? Do you not know that we will judge messengers, let alone the things of this life? So if you have law courts dealing with matters of this life, do you appoint them as judges who are of no account in the church?” I Cor. 6:1-4. Christian Identity opens the door for the only Kinsman Judge that matters in this life and that is Jesus Christ. May His justice and mercy find its way into your heart and mind. And let us pray as Samuel prayed unto the Lord.
